1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the B2B platform www.dz-b2b.com, a matchmaking service between Algerian importers and micro-entrepreneurs, foreign suppliers, Algerian exporters, international clients and logistics professionals.

2. Registration and validation

Registration is free and reserved for professionals. Each account is subject to validation by the Platform's team, which may refuse or suspend an account, in particular in the event of inaccurate information or use contrary to these terms. Users guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Role of the Platform

The Platform is a matchmaking tool. It is neither a party, nor a commercial intermediary, nor a guarantor of the negotiations, contracts, payments, deliveries or compliance concluded between users, who deal under their sole responsibility. Each user must carry out their own checks (partner identity, applicable regulations, quality of goods).

4. Users' obligations

Each user undertakes to comply with the laws applicable to their operations, in particular foreign-trade, customs and exchange regulations in force in Algeria and in the countries concerned; to publish only lawful and accurate content for which they hold the rights; and to use the messaging service strictly for professional purposes, without abusive canvassing.

5. Content and moderation

Requests, products and reviews are moderated before publication. The Platform may remove any content contrary to these terms. Reviews are governed by the Review policy.

6. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is"; access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance. Regulatory information published is indicative only (see the Regulatory disclaimer). The publisher shall not be liable for commercial relations between users.

7. Termination

Users may request the closure of their account at any time via contact@dz-b2b.com. The publisher may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their performance shall, failing an amicable settlement, be submitted to the competent courts of the publisher's registered office.
