- Contact form: name, e-mail, phone, message and any attachment.
- Technical logs: connections and significant actions (security).
Purposes and legal bases
This data is used to create and manage accounts, verify registrations, connect professionals (including HS-code notifications), operate the messaging service, moderate content and secure the service. It is processed on the basis of the performance of the terms of use, your consent (forms) and the Platform's legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention).
Recipients and visibility
Your data is neither sold nor rented. Some professional information is, by nature, visible to other users depending on your profile (supplier directory, product sheets, published requests — without direct contact details being disclosed to unregistered visitors).
Retention periods
Account data: for the duration of registration, then 3 years after closure. Contact-form messages: 3 years. Technical logs: 12 months.
