Who may post a review?
Only importers and micro-entrepreneurs with a validated account may rate a supplier. The review must reflect a genuine, recent experience with that supplier (exchange, order, service).
Rating criteria
Ratings cover six criteria: product quality, punctuality, communication, conformity of goods, after-sales service and an overall score (1 to 5 stars), with an optional comment.
Moderation
Every review is checked before publication by the Platform's team. The following are refused or removed: defamatory, insulting or discriminatory statements; reviews unrelated to a genuine commercial experience; fake, complacent or denigrating reviews from competitors; content disclosing personal or confidential data.
Independence
No review is paid for or given in exchange for any consideration. Displayed reviews are neither edited nor reordered in favour of a supplier. The average score is automatically recalculated from approved reviews only.
Reporting and removal
Any user or supplier may report a disputed review to contact@dz-b2b.com, stating the reason. After examination, the review may be kept, hidden or removed. The author of a review may request its deletion at any time.
